Questions
What does the Wedding Edition add?
Your copies are printed ahead of everyone else's, you get two rounds of proof corrections instead of one, and any misprinted or damaged copy is reprinted free. When you order at least 4 weeks before the wedding, we also guarantee the ship-by date: your copies are handed to the courier at least 7 days before the day, and if we miss it, we refund the Wedding Edition part of the price. The print deadline is then 3 weeks before the day. The guarantee covers the ship-by date, not courier delays, and applies when your stories are in by the print deadline and any extra pages are paid on time. If you move the wedding date closer than 4 weeks away, the guarantee no longer applies. Every printed wedding magazine is a Wedding Edition: if your date is less than 4 weeks away, it still prints first, with two proof rounds and free reprints, just without the ship-by guarantee.
Can we keep it a surprise from the couple?
Yes. Only the people you invite can see it, and sealed pieces stay hidden from everyone until you reveal the edition.
Can the couple make their own edition for their guests?
Absolutely. Plenty of couples start one themselves and ask guests to write before the wedding.
How many stories can each guest write?
As many as they like. The price covers each guest's place, not each story.
Can we print copies for every table?
Yes. Every guest in your package gets a copy, and extra copies are $14 each ($12 from 50 copies, $10 from 100). We ship to one address or collect each guest's address for you.
Do guests need a password?
No. Everyone signs in with a link we email them.
How long does the website stay up?
Twelve months, then $19 a year if you want to keep it online. If it lapses, it is archived, never deleted, and can be brought back for an anniversary. Or keep it forever for $99, once.
What if we write more than fits?
Each guest's place includes up to 2 pages. If your stories run longer, we tell you before layout and you can trim, or add extra pages one 4-page sheet at a time. Nothing is printed until you agree.
Can guests chip in?
Yes. Share the chip-in link and guests can put in any amount toward the package. What is raised is taken off what you pay.
Can we keep it online forever?
Yes. Keep it forever is a one-off $99: no yearly renewal and it is never archived, so it is there for every anniversary. Add it when you order or any time later from your dashboard. Kept online for as long as Sincerely operates, with no further charges. If we ever close, we give at least 90 days' notice and a full export (print PDF and a site archive) so you keep everything.
