For class, family and team reunions

Where are they now? Ask them.

Everyone in the group files an update, an old photo or a story nobody has told in years. We set it as a newspaper about all of you, online for the ones who could not make it and in print for the day you are all in the same room.

How it works

  1. Start the edition

Name the group and set the date of the reunion. Then choose a website, printed copies, or both.

  2. Round up the group

One link to share in the group chat, or personal invites. Everyone gets a byline.

  3. Everyone files

Updates, old photos, shared memories and the stories you swore you would never repeat. Seal a piece and it stays hidden until the reunion.

  4. Unveil it at the reunion

The newspaper goes live for the whole group on the day, and the printed copies are ready to pass around the room.

Questions

Who is this for?

Any group that has a history together: a school class, a family, a team, a crew of old friends. Name the edition for the group and invite everyone.

Who writes and who reads?

Everyone in the group is a writer and a reader. Each person files their own pieces, and everyone you invite can read the finished edition.

Can people who live far away take part?

Yes. It all happens online, so anyone with an email address can contribute from wherever they are, and read it from there too.

Can we print copies for the reunion?

Yes. Each person in your package gets a copy, and extra copies are $14 each ($12 from 50, $10 from 100). We ship to one address or collect each person's address for you.

How many stories can each person write?

As many as they like. The price covers each person's place, not each story.

Do people need a password?

No. Everyone signs in with a link we email them.

How long does the website stay up?

Twelve months, then $19 a year if you want to keep it online. If it lapses, it is archived, never deleted, and can be brought back for the next reunion. Or keep it forever for $99, once.

What if we write more than fits?

Each place includes up to 2 pages. If the group writes more, we flag it before layout so you can trim, or add pages one 4-page sheet at a time. Nothing is printed until you agree.

Can people chip in?

Yes. Share the chip-in link and anyone in the group can add any amount. It is taken off what you pay.

Can we keep it online forever?

Yes. Keep it forever is a one-off $99: no yearly renewal and it is never archived. Add it when you order or any time later from your dashboard. Kept online for as long as Sincerely operates, with no further charges. If we ever close, we give at least 90 days' notice and a full export (print PDF and a site archive) so you keep everything.
